Depending on your requirements, it’s likely we’re able to assist in at least some ways with on-premises servers, workstations, desktops, home computers, tablets, phones and also internet, network and cloud servers & devices. More recently, we’ve become able to help with IoT devices, and some of the end-to-end platforms needed to keep them operational.

We prefer to work in conjunction with other primary providers, including other MSPs, Field Engineers or Technology Organizations. Why? ICT is usually system critical to efficient organizations, so it makes sense in every way to have more than one organization able to respond or work proactively for you, and to combine both large and small organizations.

Frequently there is a lack of courage in organizations, as mistakes are penalized. This holds people back and increases their training burden.

To overcome this, you can be light with staff where they make mistakes, encouraging and rewarding them for taking the initiative leading to self-growth, or in the event this is unworkable for any practical reason, you can remain firm and develop training to address specific issues routinely seen.

In either case, we are likely able to add to the value you already deliver internally or externally. If you’re a smaller organization, we can give training on how to overcome problems as we overcome them for you, your staff, or your customers – perhaps unlike many, we are happy to train or work with our competition or our replacements.

This means we have worked in many areas at once, not restricted to IT like ICT or IOT, in the past 20 years.

This also means that clarity is usually needed from the customer or client – what are the core requirements you have of us? Are they a simple single thing in one area or do they span everything about you or your organization?

Most of the non-IT issues we have tackled have at least a partial resolution, in nearly all cases these resolutions haven’t been tested, therefore, we’d absolutely appreciate any opportunity to test them.
